    I can't find how long the Air One Go charging case needs to be charged for. How long does it take to fully charge?

    The full time charge of Air 1 Go is 1.5 hours.

    When I connect my ear plugs, only the left one works, the right one remains silent. The right one tells me when it does switch on or off, but further on it remains silent. Can't find jnformation to solve this.

    It is possible that it was not connected properly to each other or one side is not charged. 

    Have you check that already?

    For Air 1 Go you cannot use one earbud only as it works at the same time. 

    We do have products that can work one earphone at a tine which are the Air 1 Plus and Air 1 ANC.

    Hallo,
    I Cannon get my ear plugs to connect to each other. The right one does never light up unless in the box. They have been charged for a long time. But the left one works. The right one only lights up in the box, and never stop then in the box

    I have have done that for a couple of times but it is just the left one that blinks then I reset them
