This is a guide for both Air 1 Plus Earbud and Air 1 Plus In-Ear. Are you looking for Air 1, Air 1 Go or Air 1 ANC ?
1. Prepare
If you have connected Air 1 Plus to your phone or tablet before, go ahead and delete them now from the Bluetooth Settings. Also make sure the Air 1 Plus charging case has been charged for a couple of minutes.
2. Perform Factory Reset
Place the earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold both touch control areas for ten (10) seconds. Both LED-lights will flash three (3) times.
Air 1 Plus is now reset.
3. Pair the Earbuds
Take the earbuds out of the case and hold them close to each other. The LED-lights will blink rapidly. When paired, one of the LEDs will stop blinking, while the other continues.
Air 1 Plus is now ready to be connected to your bluetooth device.

Pro tip: When resetting your earbuds, make sure they don't move around inside of the case and keep connection with charging pins in your case. To help with that, you can use your thumbs to hold them in place!

How many times I tried this but not working!

Please touch the sensor and not the top of the earbud. The sensor is above the led light with the flat surface. Please press and hold gently for 10 seconds and the light should blink 3 times after.

Since a month I have the Air Plus 1. However, one of my earplugs, the right one, is broken. When I take the ears out of the box I hear 'power on'. I can connect and use the left earpiece. The right ear on the other hand blinks very fast, almost as if it is blinking continuously.
I hear that it turns on, but after a while it turns off automatically. So I can't connect to it. I have tried to connect it again several times. I also tried to set it to factory settings, but this didn't work either.
I am now at the end of how I could solve this. If you have a solution I would love to hear it!

Upon checking, it seems that the way your earphone lights reacted means that the reset was not done correctly. The right side which blinks fast was reset however, the left side is not.
We suggest to please reset the left side or best reset both of them again.

They wre working great at the begging but now my right earpiece keeps flashing light but. It says that is connected but it's not working and after a few moments it says "power off". And only the left earpiece is working.
