    I received a pair of these headphones for my Birthday from my great aunt in Tronto , Canada! I charged them and was pleased the second time I charged them they got so hot I could smell the plastic and it was hot to touch . I tried to use them and they had poor sound quality and they went dead extremely fast. My great aunt has passed and I don't know how to go about getting the warranty to replace them especially now that I have seen they have been recalled!,

    Hi they worded great the first day and the next day only one earphone worked and at a time they could not pair. I have returned them to you last week and still not received my money back I have emailed you about my 10 times can I get my refund ?

    I bought your earbuds Air 1. For a while they worked ok. I traveled last week and I left them at home, so I haven't use them for several days. Today when I tried to use them only the left earbud worked. The right one doesn't charge, or pair, or do anything. The led light doesn't turn on either. 
     
    Could you help me please?
