My Ear Piece doesn't connect with my phone?

    All the devices I've tried, from Apple to Android to Windows just don't see the plugs. The device is fully charged, turned on and super close to the devices. Bought it today so I'm really disappointed.

    Hi! Please try to press the on button for long enough to have the light flash red and green - only then will your Ear Piece be in pairing mode. If you still have troubles connecting, please send us a message to help@happyplugs.com
