If you have trouble pairing your Ear Piece II to your phone, here are some steps to try:
- Make sure the Ear Piece II is not charging, as this will prevent a connection.
- After activating Bluetooth on your phone, please turn on the Ear Piece and make sure it is within 2m in range.
- Move the Ear Piece II closer to your phone, and make sure the Ear Piece II is on, and that the phone has Bluetooth communication enabled.
- Try deleting the Ear Piece II in the phone Bluetooth list of devices (if paired before). Restart the pairing steps.

All the devices I've tried, from Apple to Android to Windows just don't see the plugs. The device is fully charged, turned on and super close to the devices. Bought it today so I'm really disappointed.

My plugs cannot find my iphone. My device is fully charged, brand new, and very close to the device. I hold the button long enough to turn it on and see the green and red lights flash . There is no blue light and I want to connect.
Agreed! These ear phones are terrible. No matter what i do they will not find my ipad or my ipod. Complete waste of money. The green light is flashing and is on top of the device and still no pairing. Avoid these headphones.

Got new Air 1 last week and now my left earplug don´t work any more. It says pairing but then nothing more happens? I have tried to shout down both but since I don´t hear anything in the left one I don´t really know what to do?

Hi there, my happy plugs impaired themselves today and I cannot pait them again. I followed the above steps multiple times. In the bluetooth setting in the phone I get the notification that the happy plugs are not ready to pair. The red and green lights are flashing and they are right beside the phone. What now?
