If you have trouble pairing your Ear Piece II to your phone, here are some steps to try:
- Make sure the Ear Piece II is not charging, as this will prevent a connection.
- After activating Bluetooth on your phone, please turn on the Ear Piece and make sure it is within 2m in range.
- Move the Ear Piece II closer to your phone, and make sure the Ear Piece II is on, and that the phone has Bluetooth communication enabled.
- Try deleting the Ear Piece II in the phone Bluetooth list of devices (if paired before). Restart the pairing steps.
