Since you purchased your Happy Plugs at one of our retailers,
Best thing is to go back to the store where you purchased your Happy Plugs and make a warranty claim there. Bring your broken Happy Plugs and your receipt and they will help you to exchange your product.

Best thing is to go back to the store? I bought these at 6/6/2022 at an airport for $50 in a state that's at least 4 flight hours away. These haven't last me 10 days and the left already no longer pairs. Who wants to have only one earbud working for $50? The quality of these is not worth that price. This is a scam.
I was gifted my set, and have been unable to pair them at all.... 15 factory resets and 4 different devices later, still nothing.
